GENERAL RESERVATION AND RENTAL CONDITIONS

RESERVATION OF YOUR STAY :
At the moment of your reservation, you pay an installment of 30% of the total amount of your stay. You will pay the balance of the leasing agreement the day of your arrival to the residence. Payment (cheque) to be sent to Mrs Provost christiane SARL L‘EPI6, rue de Lepi 35260 Cancale France. Payments can also be made by CHEQUE, POST OFFICE CHEQUE or CERTIFIED CHEQUE, made out in Euros exclusively to the order of SARL L'EPI. Finally, payments can also be made by bank transfer, but in Euros exclusively. Except preliminary agreement, the hirings are from Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Sunday with priorities for the longest duration. Arrival hour : between 11 a.m. and 14 p.m. Departure hour: between 8 and 10 a.m. Any modification: (changes of dates or type of residences) must reach us by recommended mail. SARL L’EPI will take into account the new parameters and will try to satisfy the new request within limit of the availabilities. Our Prices include: Taxes( except payable visitor’s tax on the spot) –hot and  cold water consumption- heating- schedules of management hiring. Necessary equipment for the number of people envisaged to the tariff – cleaning on arrival.

OUR PRICES INCLUDE :
The rental prices are established in Euros.
All tax (except tourist tax to be paid on arrival) – Hot and cold water consumption – Heating - Electricity – Rental Agency Fees – Necessary equipment for the number of people stipulated in the price list – Housekeeping upon arrival.

OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE :
The tax of stay in addition as from 12 years-old (0.70 € / person / day). The guarantee: 200 € / per, apartment which you pay on arrival, and which is restored to you by mail subject to inventory. This guarantee could be used in case of degradation of  housing or its contents by the tenant. We reserve ourselves the right to modify the tariff of hiring without notice. Only the leasing agreement confirming the reservation holds place of contractual document.

EXACT OCCUPATION :
The occupation of housing will be limited to the number of people indicated  in the leasing agreement. The tenant is held to make sure against the risks inherent in the occupation of housing namely theft, the loss or degradation  of personal objects as well as the degradations that he could cause to  furniture and damage that he could cause in housing because of his  negligence. The EAR (EPI) declines any responsibility concerning the that many occur with the tenant like with his goods during the stay. The tenant will authorize without reduction in price of the rent and allowances, insofar as there are no manifest discover pleasure, that are carried out, repairs or work falling to the owner whose urgency and necessity will appear in the course of the season. If canalisations of draining of the wash hand basins, bidets, bath tubs, showers, sinks W.C etc had been suddenly blocked by the fact of the tenant, the repair will fall on to him about it. For the respect of all our holiday makers, please avoid the night noises and use of washing machines and the cig linen after 22h. To preserve the beauty of our area, and avoid the destruction of our regional products, we ask you to make an effort on the water consumption.

INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY :
Interruption of the stay by the client, will not lead to any refund.

CLAIMS :
Any claim put forward concerning the non conformity of the accommodation's description and/or the inventory should be notified to SARL L’EPI within maximum 24 hours after having moved into the accommodation.

SERVICES :
Household service : it is made before your arrival and the apartment will have to be given in state by your care before your departure (household end of stay in option is 30 €).
Animals : domestic animals are accepted according to their sizes.
Hiring of the linen : cloth hiring and the bathroom linen 15 € / person / week.

NOMINATIVE INFORMATIONS :

You have a right of access, of modification, correction and suppression of the data which concern you. (Art. 34 of the law "data-processing and freedoms"). You can exert this right while writing to us.

LAW IN FORCE - CONTRAT LANGUAGE - ATTRIBUTION OF JURISDICTION :
The present general reservation and rental conditions are governed by french law. The original language of the present general reservation and rental conditions and the rental contract is the french language. For execution of the present conditions, the parties elect domicile at the offices of SARL L'EPI. In case of a lawsuit or dispute, only the Crown Court of Saint-Malo is competent, without novation nor derogation of this jurisdiction attribution clause.
